The acid-galvanized aluminum-magnesium combined unit of Tianjin Taihang Iron and Steel Group is the world's first pickling hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium combined production line using ESP hot-rolled sheets as the substrate. The unit is well-equipped and all key equipment is imported. It will give full play to the cost and quality advantages of the ESP endless rolling and acid plating combined unit to improve product competitiveness. The unit was successfully put into operation, filling many technical gaps at home and abroad.
With the economic opportunities driven by China's "double carbon" goal, zinc, aluminum and magnesium products have been widely used in photovoltaic brackets, 5G base stations, livestock machinery, electrical cabinets, barns, bridges and pipe corridors and other industries. Zinc, aluminum and magnesium products are key projects for Tianjin Taihang Iron and Steel Group to closely adhere to the requirements of the country's "14th Five-Year Plan" green development and high-quality development plan and implement the national new energy development strategic structural adjustment.
